training

Bring it On Brum organises a programme of free training for groups that deliver HAF-funded sessions in Birmingham. Typically, this includes training around safeguarding, child protection, food hygiene, data protection, enabling volunteers, running successful sessions, health and safety and first aid. The details of training courses offered are published at Bring it On Brum’s training programme page and Fit for All will keep you notified of these opportunities as they arise. Fit for All also organises additional free training. In the past, this has covered Autism Awareness, Inclusive Play, Inclusive Youth Work, Paediatric First Aid, and Safeguarding for SEND.

Children’s Quarter – the cooperative which coordinates Fit for All – also runs study visits to share good practice and online sessions looking at matching funds, developing policies and project management and monitoring.
