Shining Stars Community Association is a society set up by parents and carers from the ethnic Chinese community in and around Birmingham to provide mutual help for families with children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
The association is run by parents/carers for parents/carers from the Chinese community.
