Rise & Shine is the Fit for All programme of inclusive holiday clubs running during school Summer Holidays in 2022. That is, from Monday 25 July to Friday 2 September – weekdays only and excluding Bank Holiday Monday 29 August.

Sample Menus Due by Wednesday 13 July – contact and send your menus to Paul please
Bookings Spreadsheet Due By Friday 22nd July – bookings and weekly register returns to Hazel please
Registers Due weekly during the course of the programme – send registers to Hazel at the end of each week in which you have run sessions. Doing it weekly means that you can keep on top of the admin and we get feedback about how things are going.
Commonwealth Games run between Sunday 28th July and Monday 8th August – there are free tickets available from Bring It On Brum – keep in touch through the WhatsApp group for details!

Payments – completed registers; evaluation data; finance reports and final claims are due with Bring it On Brum before 30 September to ensure we can claim the balance of grant due for projects. If you are able to meet the deadlines above, we will be able ensure payment by, or shortly after, Friday 30 September.
