You can enjoy live music for free from the internationally-acclaimed City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra this Summer at a location near you – possibly on your street.
CBSO in The City is a series of free Summer concerts in public places including:
Ikon Gallery – on Thursday 24 July
Library of Birmingham – on Friday 25 July
Birmingham Botanical Gardens – on Friday 25 July
Birmingham’s Canals – Saturday 26 July
New Street Station – Wednesday 23 – Monday 28 July
And the orchestra is giving Brummies the chance to nominate their street or nieghbourhood for a pop-up performance later this year. If you’d like to nominate your neck of the woods to host a performance and you have a Birmingham postcode, you can Nominate Your Street by 1 August 2025.
