Fit for All with Friction Arts SUMMER 24

THIS SUMMER JOIN FRICTION ARTS FOR ARTS AND CRAFT ACTIVITIES AND OUTDOOR PLAY AT ST MARTINS YOUTH CENTRE AND IN CONYBERE STREET PARK AS PART OF THEIR.  

BOOKING ESSENTIAL

There are five weekday sessions over the Summer funded by Bring it on Brum as part of the Fit for All project which welcomes young people with special educational needs and disabilities.  Sessions are on: 

  • Tuesday 23 July
  • Thursday 25 July
  • Monday 29 July
  • Tuesday 30 July
  • Thursday 29 August

Each session meets at 11am at Conybere Street Park, Highgate.  Lunch and afternoons are at St Martins Youth and Community Centre on Gooch Street B5 7HE.

On Saturday 31 August you are invited to get involved in activities on a non-HAF funded day 11-4pm at New Hope Park B12 0YT  with Birmingham Open Spaces Forum  and Highgate Cultural Action Area Partners. Friction Arts runs a regular Arts Club – a free project running through the year helping young people aged 8 and up to develop artistic skills. Led by professional artists, alongside a regular team of highly skilled staff, young people get to develop their skills in drawing, film, photography, sculpture.  See more about Friction Arts on their website https://www.frictionarts.com/
