Briefing 2 will focus on registers, community lunches, retention and welcome, training update and evaluation. The briefing is on Friday 12 August 10-11am and will be repeated on Monday 15 August 6-7pm
Briefing 3 will focus on evaluation, getting monitoring information complete in and finances. The briefing is on Friday 2 September 10-11am and will be repeated Monday 5 September 6-7pm.
Providers should arrange to be represented at all three briefings – they contain information you will need to deliver the programme and also provide time for networking and sharing experience.
Who’s Who at Children’s Quarter
Laura, Hazel and Paul are your contacts at Children’s Quarter who will be helping to run Fit for All as a programme and do the admin and coordination.
Laura is responsible for liaising with StreetGames, site visits, training, photography and video collection, the Meet Me project and provides help and advice in emergencies…
Hazel is responsible for programme monitoring – the key stuff around bookings and registers
Paul is responsible for most of the bids, communications, facilitating briefings, menus, stuff to do with food and evaluation.
But all will try to be helpful on anything to do with Fit for All (and they talk to each other), so don’t worry too much about getting the right person!
