Shining Stars Association for the Chinese Community is a group set up by families from the Chinese community in Birmingham and West Midlands with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Shining Stars, this winter, is organising a series of parent-led sessions with visits and trips to sports and cultural venues in and around the city for children with SEND and their siblings.
