- Background to the Programme and Delivery Timeline for Summer 23
- Partnership Agreement – including payments
- Summer Planner
- Booking/ Register form
- Catering Arrangements, Sample Menus and Activity Plans
- Site visits, evaluation etc
- Final Report and Claim
Introduces further sources of support and information including:
- the WhatsApp Group and website
- July 7th Workshop in Kings Heath
- booking a 1-1 Zoom or face-face session with Children’s Quarter.
And is an opportunity to raise queries and seek clarification – the online session can continue after the scheduled hour to deal with questions from partners in detail.

NOTE: this briefing is essentially a re-run of the sessions held on 12th and 19th June. So if your group has already taken part in one of them, you don’t have to come to this one. Although you can, if you like, send further participants to this session!
